Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is hiring an entry-level second-shift assembly worker to assemble components, perform quality checks, manage parts inventory, follow drawings and work instructions, maintain equipment and work areas, and support team-based production. The role requires at least six months of hands-on assembly, technical, manufacturing, or service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and residence within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, Tennessee. The schedule is 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with mandatory Saturday overtime as needed, and pays $19.26 plus a 5% shift differential per hour.
