The role covers two customer-facing positions—Customer Accounts Representative and Customer Care Representative—supporting customers with payment setups, account updates, login issues, account questions, payment options, and title requests. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least one year of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and basic computer and data-entry skills.
