Description
Carvana is hiring an Entry-Level Auto Technician to perform light maintenance, fluid checks, and initial vehicle inspections during the reconditioning process. The role requires at least six months of professional automotive repair experience, physical ability to operate equipment and lift up to 60 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. The position pays $20-$22 hourly and includes company-paid healthcare premiums, paid time off, a 401(k) match, vehicle purchase discount, ASE and tool reimbursement, tuition reimbursement, and student loan repayment. Mandatory overtime may be required, and the role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
