BTA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Santa Clara to provide one-on-one, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children ages 3–16 in in-home and in-center settings. The role follows individualized treatment plans, collects session data, supports children’s motor, social, cognitive, and communication skills, and collaborates with a clinical team. It offers guaranteed 15–20 hours per week, paid training, RBT certification support, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and shift bonuses, with immediate openings available.
