BTA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician in Richmond, California, with immediate openings. The role works Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, with optional Saturdays, and serves children ages 3 to 16 in in-home and in-center settings. Responsibilities include one-on-one play-based ABA therapy, following individualized treatment plans, collecting session data, and collaborating with a clinical team. The position offers paid training, RBT certification support, guaranteed 15–20 hours per week, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, and shift bonuses.
