Description
TEKsystems is hiring entry-level and mid-level exterior cabling technicians for a large data center project in Sandston, Virginia. The fully onsite, contract-to-hire role involves digging trenches, preparing underground pathways, pulling low-voltage cabling through conduits and duct banks, installing handholes and pathway systems, labeling and securing cable, and supporting documentation and safety procedures. No prior cabling experience is required for entry-level candidates, but physical labor, outdoor work, basic hand and power-tool use, and the ability to follow site instructions are required. The position pays $20.00–$22.00 per hour and may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, insurance, and other benefits.
