RVE is hiring an entry-level Civil Engineer in its Allentown, Pennsylvania office to support civil site projects such as site development, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utilities, erosion and sediment control, and roadway and parking layouts. The role involves preparing plans and calculations, coordinating permits, reviewing survey and construction documents, supporting field inspections, and responding to RFIs under the supervision of a Regional Manager or Project Manager. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, EIT certification is preferred, and knowledge of AutoCAD and Excel; the position is intended for professionals with 0–2 years of experience.
