RVE is hiring an entry-level Civil Engineer in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to provide engineering services across the full lifecycle of municipal, school, recreational, industrial, and commercial infrastructure projects. The role includes civil and site design, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, water and wastewater system analysis, report preparation, utility coordination, construction-document support, and task management under Project Manager supervision. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably civil engineering, with 0–2+ years of experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and hydrologic/hydraulic modeling software.
