Description
The Delinquency Control Counselor works in a call-center production environment making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls for early-stage collections, with 80–120+ calls per day. The role involves communicating with members, navigating multiple systems, negotiating, solving problems, and collecting outstanding accounts. It is a contract-to-hire, hybrid position in Martinsburg, West Virginia, with a schedule of Monday through Friday plus three Saturdays per month, and training and nesting periods.
