Description
The Construction Materials and Testing (CMT) Technician independently collects construction materials samples from job sites, performs tests and inspections using specialized equipment, documents findings, and communicates results to project managers and stakeholders. The role involves travel to various sites in different terrain and weather conditions, with a company truck, PPE, work boot reimbursement, a company laptop, and cell phone reimbursement. An associate degree in a construction-related field or construction experience is preferred, along with a valid driver's license, flexible scheduling, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and applicable construction or transportation certifications.
