NXP is seeking an Entry-Level Data Scientist to join its semiconductor engineering team. The role analyzes wafer sort, final test, and inline process data; develops dashboards, predictive and diagnostic models, and automated data pipelines; and collaborates with engineering teams and suppliers to deploy and sustain quality solutions in production. The position offers training and mentorship and is intended for recent graduates with a relevant bachelor’s degree, strong statistics and machine learning foundations, Python or R proficiency, SQL knowledge, and familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing.
