Description
The role is a Semiconductor Design Verification Engineer focused on microprocessor-based SoC design verification. Responsibilities include defining and delivering DFT structural test patterns, pre- and post-silicon verification, ATE pattern conversion, built-in test implementation and validation, and coordinating with Test Engineering, Product Engineering, and Fab. The position targets recent engineering graduates and requires Python, Verilog, Perl, Tcl, Unix, and semiconductor testing knowledge; ATPG, DFT, JTAG, BIST, and ATE experience are also relevant. The anticipated hire date is Q1 2027.
