PPG is hiring an Entry Level Dye Technical Assistant in Monroeville, Pennsylvania, to support process development, pilot-scale manufacturing, and commercialization. The role involves laboratory and kilo-lab operations, operating reactors and other process equipment, preparing materials and documentation, collecting samples, maintaining batch records, supporting equipment changeovers and preventive maintenance, and participating in troubleshooting and continuous improvement. The position reports to the Senior Research Manager and requires a high school diploma or GED, an associate degree preferred, less than one year of relevant experience, safety awareness, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
