Description
Pearce is hiring an Entry-Level Electronics Technician (UPS Field Engineer) to support customers in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and surrounding region. The role provides hands-on training and involves assisting with the inspection, maintenance, testing, troubleshooting, repair, installation, commissioning, and replacement of UPS systems, battery systems, DC power equipment, PDUs, inverters, and related mission-critical infrastructure. The technician will use diagnostic tools, complete service documentation, communicate with customers and technicians, follow safety procedures, travel throughout the service territory, and participate in an on-call rotation. The position offers a base pay range of $25–$35 USD, along with health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
