Ardurra is hiring an Entry-Level Engineer – Construction Management in Snoqualmie to support public infrastructure and capital improvement projects from design through construction and project closeout. The role involves construction contract administration, project documentation, field observations, contractor coordination, quantity tracking, progress payments, inspections, quality oversight, environmental and regulatory compliance, and project closeout. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, construction, or a related engineering discipline and approximately 0–2 years of relevant experience; EI/EIT certification and familiarity with construction documentation, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam are preferred. The expected salary is $65,000 to $80,000 annually, with medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
