Ardurra is hiring an Entry-Level Engineer – Transportation to support the planning, design, and delivery of transportation infrastructure projects for public-sector clients throughout Washington. The role involves roadway and highway design, plan development, 3D modeling, construction documents, multidisciplinary coordination, and technical calculations, while working alongside experienced engineers and project managers. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and approximately 0–2 years of transportation or civil engineering experience; EI/EIT certification, roadway project experience, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and familiarity with roadway geometry and related standards are preferred. The position offers an expected annual salary of $65,000 to $80,000 and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
