AECOM is hiring an Entry-Level Environmental Engineer to support environmental compliance, remediation, permitting, and planning projects in Virginia or Maryland. The role involves site visits, data collection and analysis, environmental sampling, technical reporting, engineering design, calculations, and drawings under the supervision of experienced engineers, with local and project-dependent U.S. travel. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or a related engineering discipline, U.S. citizenship, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and other professional communication and field-work abilities are preferred. Relocation assistance is not available, and the position is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2027.
