The role involves developing technical solutions, collecting and analyzing data, interpreting findings against regulations, conducting site visits and field observations, and working under supervision. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree, a valid driver's license, background-check eligibility, and Common Access Card eligibility; U.S. citizenship is required.
