AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level Environmental Scientist to support environmental compliance, remediation, permitting, and planning projects across its Environment business line. The role involves data collection and analysis, environmental sampling, technical reporting, engineering design, calculations, site visits, and local travel, with U.S. travel possible depending on the project. The position is based in one of AECOM’s offices in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, or South Carolina and is expected to begin in Spring/Summer 2027. Applicants need a bachelor’s degree in an environmental science-related discipline or equivalent experience and education, U.S. citizenship, and a valid U.S. driver’s license; OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and other environmental and communication skills are preferred.
