The Entry Level Field Trainee assists construction crews by performing manual construction duties such as preparing ground surfaces, removing debris, digging trenches, installing shoring and pipes, operating ground compactors, leveling and raking dirt, setting string markers, and cutting concrete. The trainee will spend the first 90 days with a mentor and may be assigned to one of several position descriptions, including General Laborer.
