The Entry Level Forklift Operator - General Warehouse Laborer operates a sit-down forklift to move, organize, and load/unload pallets in a warehouse, while manually inspecting and sorting pallets by type, manufacturer, color, and damage. The role also includes forklift safety inspections, load documentation, inventory accuracy, housekeeping, and adherence to safety and production requirements. No prior forklift experience is required because on-site training and certification are provided; candidates must be at least 18, able to lift 70–100 pounds, and pass PLA forklift certification. The position pays $17.50–$20.50 per hour with guaranteed annual increases and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
