GZA is hiring entry-level engineers, geologists, and soil scientists to support its geotechnical consulting practice in Somerset, New Jersey. The role combines field subsurface exploration, in-situ testing, construction observation, engineering analysis, reporting, and cost estimation with office work, including technical report preparation and submittal review. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, geological, or geotechnical engineering; a master’s degree is preferred, along with strong analytical, communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
