Atomic Industries is hiring an Entry-Level Injection Molding Machine Operator for its new injection molding facility in Shelby Township, Michigan. The role involves operating injection molding machines under supervision, monitoring production, performing visual and measurement-based quality inspections, conducting light assembly and packaging, maintaining a clean and safe work area, completing production documentation, and communicating with supervisors and team members. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, follow instructions, and attend reliably; at least one year of production or manufacturing experience is preferred, along with prior injection molding or plastics manufacturing experience and basic mechanical aptitude. The position pays $19–$23 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision coverage, a 401(k), and at least 15 days of PTO.
