Ericsson is hiring a newly graduated RF Product Integration Engineer in Kista to secure and optimize radio-unit functionality and RF performance. The role involves collaborating with hardware, software, systemization, production, validation, and other teams; troubleshooting manufacturing and field issues; developing Remote and Massive MIMO radios; and performing hands-on work in an integration lab with RF equipment and OTA chambers. Candidates need a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Engineering Physics, or an equivalent field, RF and radio knowledge, basic Python or MATLAB programming skills, strong learning and communication abilities, and proficiency in English.
