Bolt Farm Treehouse is hiring an Entry-Level Licensed Massage Therapist to deliver personalized, high-quality massage treatments in its spa, with nearly every treatment being a couples experience. The role includes Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, and hot stone modalities, guest consultation, room preparation, and adherence to Tennessee massage therapy regulations. No professional experience is required; applicants need an active Tennessee massage therapy license or an active license in another state, physical capacity for five 80-minute treatments per day, and onsite availability in Whitwell, Tennessee. The schedule is four days per week, including at least one weekend day and holidays, with up to five treatments per day and three consistent days off. Compensation is $28–$32 per hour plus $58 per treatment, with an estimated annual range of $103,000–$109,000.
