National Vision is hiring Optical Manufacturing Lab Associates at its optical manufacturing lab in St. Cloud, Minnesota. The role performs optical inspection, lens surface finishing, AR coating machine operation, and shipping preparation, with duties varying by department and lab needs. No prior experience is required, training is provided, and the position offers a starting pay range of $17.55 to $19.65 per hour, including shift differential and a perfect-attendance bonus. Available shifts are Sunday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with seasonal overtime and possible hour variations.
