The role includes coordinating with fabricators and supervisors, monitoring materials, following production schedules, conducting quality checks, maintaining a clean workspace, tracking inventory, and supporting process improvements. New hires train on the day shift for two weeks before transitioning to their assigned schedule, with day and night shifts available Monday through Thursday.
