The Production Press Operator supports Bruderer stamping machines and production-line operations by monitoring equipment, performing limited in-process quality checks, maintaining a clean and safe work area, recording production output and material heat numbers, following instructions, and collaborating with colleagues. The role is intended for someone starting a manufacturing career and requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math and hand-tool familiarity, communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, adaptability, and safety awareness. Hearing protection is required in the stamping production area, and the position pays $16–$20 per hour.
