Bigos Management is hiring a Maintenance Technician IV for its Galtier Towers property in St. Paul, Minnesota. The role provides day-to-day maintenance, cleaning, groundskeeping, and property upkeep, including common-area repairs, minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, landscaping, work-order completion, and preparation of vacated apartments for rent.
