The Keyholder leads daily Goodwill store operations by opening and closing the store, assigning registers, supporting team members, managing donations and inventory, maintaining merchandising and safety standards, and delivering customer service. The role requires retail or supervisory experience, strong communication and organizational skills, basic computer knowledge, physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds, and flexibility for evening and weekend work.
