The XXXLutz Group is hiring an Entry-Level Manager / Trainee for Restaurant Management in its XXXLutz restaurant in Lutz Hirschaid. The part-time role manages personnel, organization, commercial performance, revenue and margin targets, food-supply costs, stock checks, inventories, daily operations, and new-employee onboarding. Candidates need hospitality vocational training or several years of relevant experience, preferably system-catering leadership experience and trainer qualification, along with strong organizational, people-oriented, and business skills.
