The NVM Reliability Engineer will manage non-volatile memory reliability characterization experiments, improve laboratory efficiency, maintain equipment, develop monitoring and automation software, debug embedded C/C++ and hardware, analyze reliability data, and communicate findings. The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, familiarity with scripting and data analysis tools, and interest in statistics and solid-state device fundamentals for emerging memory technologies.
