Description
The Maintenance Assistant will support the Chief Engineer in maintaining the Home2 Suites by Hilton property in Orlando, Florida. Responsibilities include basic repairs, painting, wall covering, plumbing, electrical work, pool and spa operations, preventative maintenance, and indoor and outdoor grounds upkeep. The role requires electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance skills, physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a valid driver's license; at least two years of building and hotel maintenance experience is a plus. The schedule is mostly evening shifts from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
