Cortica is hiring Behavioral Interventionists to provide one-on-one and group behavior-analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. The role involves implementing positive behavior strategies, using evidence-based practices, documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols. Candidates should have experience working with children, a high school diploma or equivalent and bachelor’s or master’s degree, reliable transportation, and familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
