Description
Micron Technology is seeking a Process Engineer to act as a module owner and lead root-cause investigations, failure analysis, yield, cost, and quality improvements in semiconductor manufacturing. The role includes Design of Experiments, process capability and margin enhancement, line stability, device reliability, technology-transfer workshops, process and equipment qualification, supplier management, audits, and international travel for training. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field, MOSFET and DRAM knowledge, CMOS and characterization expertise, and familiarity with DOE, SPC, JMP, and SPC/FDC/RMS/APC systems.
