Description
The Manufacturing Engineer maintains equipment, validates processes, manages technical communication, designs and optimizes new product processes, and oversees assigned manufacturing processes while meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets. The role requires intermediate computer, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, analytical, statistical, and process-control skills, along with structured-design knowledge and cross-disciplinary teamwork. A bachelor’s degree with at least one year of related experience is preferred, and lab tool, test, or measurement equipment experience is preferred. The stated annual compensation range is $58,100 to $87,100, with medical, dental, and vision insurance included.
