Description
ARCO is hiring a Project Manager in Bellevue, Washington to manage the managerial and administrative aspects of design-build projects, including estimating, scheduling, quality control, progress reporting and billing, design review, cost reporting, safety, and proposal preparation. The role coordinates with owners and design teams, oversees subcontractor selection, conducts job-site meetings, and manages multiple activities under tight deadlines. A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required; project management experience is preferred but not required, and experience with ground-up warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, cold storage, or laboratory/pharmaceutical facilities is preferred.
