Description
The Entry Level Radiology Image Library Associate supports the Radiology Department by greeting and checking in patients, handling imaging-record requests, preparing pick-up and mail-out orders, uploading outside-facility studies, creating EHR orders, triaging calls, reporting critical results, managing follow-up and patient worklists, importing and transferring images and reports, assisting with legal requests, de-identifying images for research, and monitoring failed automated faxes. The role requires strong communication, documentation, computer, multitasking, customer-service, and empathy skills, and is based in Sewell, New Jersey.
