Penn-Mar is hiring a Registered Nurse to oversee and coordinate medical care for supported individuals, including hospital visits, discharges, equipment and medication coordination, medical documentation review, and liaison with providers. The role also includes HRST clinical review, training PA team members and other staff, after-hours clinical direction, incident reporting, and participation in nursing meetings.
