The role oversees daily restaurant operations, sales, food and labor costs, food safety, staff training, customer service, cash and inventory controls, and general team-member duties such as equipment operation, product preparation, telephone orders, inventory checks, paperwork, and facility cleanliness. Candidates need at least one year of management experience, must be at least 18, pass background and drug screening, meet image standards, and be available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
