Heritage Roofing & Construction is hiring a Roofing Sales Representative to meet homeowners, conduct free roof inspections, explain roofing and insurance-restoration options, generate new business, and manage projects from inspection through completion. The role includes 90 days of paid hands-on training, W-2 employment, base pay, claim bonuses, commission opportunities, and health, dental, and vision insurance. No roofing or sales experience is required, but applicants need a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, the ability to climb ladders and work safely on roofs, and the ability to lift equipment.
