Big Dog Solar is hiring an entry-level field sales representative to engage homeowners in residential neighborhoods, explain solar energy benefits, educate customers about energy savings and independence, and schedule qualified in-home solar consultations for experienced consultants. The role requires no prior solar experience, provides full training and coaching, and offers $60,000–$120,000+ on-target earnings with uncapped commissions. Candidates should be motivated, coachable, goal-oriented, comfortable working outdoors, and have reliable transportation; sales, customer service, or door-to-door experience is a plus but not required.
