NXP is hiring a recent graduate Software Product Manager to help define and manage embedded software products, developer tools, middleware, and software ecosystems for connected devices across automotive, industrial, smart home, consumer, and IoT markets. The role combines technical understanding of embedded software with product strategy, customer and market analysis, roadmap and backlog management, cross-functional collaboration, and product launch support. Candidates need a recent BS or MS degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field and 0–2 years of experience; preferred technical exposure includes C/C++, ARM Cortex-M, firmware, RTOS, wireless technologies, Git, CI/CD, and Agile.
