Description
Nova 401(k) Associates is hiring a full-time remote Distribution Specialist to process retirement plan loan and distribution requests, prepare distribution and loan packages, identify loan defaults and required minimum distributions, assist participants and plan sponsors, update account managers and vendors, and support participant services and data entry. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, offers paid training, and pays $20-$25 per hour for a 40-hour work week from Monday through Friday. The position is based in the United States and requires authorization to work for any US employer.
