Schnabel Engineering is hiring an Entry-Level (Staff) Engineer for its tunnel engineering group in the Austin, Texas office. The role supports the planning, design, inspection, and construction management of tunnel, underground, geotechnical, geostructural, and rehabilitation projects; performs structural and geotechnical calculations; prepares contract documents; and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or equivalent experience, 0–2 years of relevant professional experience, AutoCAD familiarity, and the ability to travel and work in the field. Compensation is $62,400 to $86,000.
