WSP is hiring an Entry Level Structural Engineer for its Lake Oswego, Oregon office to support the Pacific Civil/Structural Substation team. The role provides entry-level technical assistance across electrical substation structural design, including foundations, structures, rigid bus, control buildings, permitting, calculations, constructability evaluation, documentation, and coordination with other disciplines. The position requires a BSCE degree, 0–1 years of relevant post-education experience, structural analysis knowledge, familiarity with relevant design software, and the ability to work independently under general supervision. Hybrid work opportunities are available, and occasional travel may be required.
