LaBella Associates is hiring an Entry Level Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Technician for offices in Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, or Ithaca, New York. The role supports underground utility locating, mapping, surveying, field investigations, data collection, documentation, equipment maintenance, and project coordination under the guidance of experienced technicians, engineers, and surveyors. Candidates should have relevant technical education or a high school diploma, an interest in SUE and surveying, basic computer and map-reading skills, a valid driver's license, physical ability to work outdoors, and willingness to travel locally and work occasional overtime. The position pays $24.00–$30.00 per hour and includes health and dental insurance among other benefits.
