NXP is hiring an i.MX Systems Applications Engineer in Austin, Texas, to support customers and partners with i.MX processor applications across product development, board bring-up, software development, and system-level debugging. The role covers evaluation, design-in, and production support; application and demo development; driver and firmware work; reference designs; technical feasibility studies; and documentation. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science, up to two years of experience, strong C and embedded software skills, and familiarity with Linux, Android, kernel modules, and device drivers. The anticipated hire date is Q1 2027.
