Fairwinds Technologies is hiring an Entry-Level Test Engineer to support xG wireless systems and mixed-signal product development, technical-services contracts, and customer-funded research. The role involves translating requirements into test objectives, developing test plans and procedures, configuring laboratory and field equipment, executing functional, performance, interoperability, reliability, and acceptance tests, analyzing test data, automating workflows with Python, MATLAB, Bash, or similar tools, troubleshooting failures, and documenting results. The position is full-time and exempt, requires a relevant bachelor's degree and foundational test-experience, and offers exposure to wireless, RF, embedded systems, networking, automation, and field testing.
