AECOM is hiring an Entry-Level Vertical Transportation Engineer to work from its New York, New York office. The role involves building analytic and design skills, conducting engineering design under supervision, creating calculations, sketches, diagrams, and working drawings, analyzing data, using computer software, and performing work within agreed budgets and schedules. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience and education, and U.S. citizenship is required. Preferred qualifications include escalator, elevator, and moving walkway experience, 3D modeling, analytical knowledge, teamwork, communication, client relationship development, and design software proficiency.
